Ingredients
  • 3 cupsmixed vegetables, cut large
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • ½ tsppaprika
  • to tastesalt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment.
  2. Toss vegetables with olive oil and spices until coated.
  3. Spread in a single layer. Roast 25–30 min, flipping halfway.
