Who We Are

Kainta! is operated by Handwired LLC, based in Connecticut. References to "we," "us," or "Kainta!" mean Handwired LLC.

Your Account

You must sign in with a Google account to use Kainta!. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One account represents one household — do not share your account credentials.

During the beta period, access is limited to invited testers. We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for conduct that violates these terms or disrupts other users' experience.

What Kainta! Provides

Kainta! generates AI-powered meal plans based on your household profiles. Meal plan suggestions are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI and are provided for convenience only.

• Meal plans are suggestions, not medical or nutritional advice
• Always verify ingredients and recipes against your specific dietary and medical needs
• Kainta! is not a substitute for medical, nutritional, or allergy management advice from qualified professionals
• We make no guarantee that generated plans will meet all your household's needs in every case

Membership Tiers

Kainta! offers three tiers: Kain Na (free), Kain Kayo ($8/month or $6/month annually), and Kain Tayo ($15/month or $12/month annually). Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. Beta testers receive extended free access as communicated at onboarding.

No ads appear in Kainta! on any plan. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

Your Data

You own the data you put into Kainta! — your recipes, household profiles, and meal history. We process it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account page.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access other households' data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Kainta! API
• Use Kainta! to generate content that violates any law
• Share beta access credentials with uninvited users

Imported Content and Intellectual Property

Kainta!'s import feature allows you to bring recipes into your personal account from external sources, including URLs, PDF files, and images. Imported recipes may be subject to copyright or other intellectual property rights held by their original authors or publishers. By using the import feature, you represent that you have the right to save and use that content for your own personal household meal planning.

You agree not to use imported recipes or your Kainta! recipe collection to:

• Sell, license, or distribute imported recipes for commercial purposes
• Export your recipe collection in bulk to publish, sell, or distribute as a product or dataset
• Reproduce or redistribute third-party recipes beyond personal household use
• Use Kainta!'s import or export tools as part of a recipe aggregation, resale, or publishing operation

Recipes you have personally written or developed remain your own. This restriction applies only to content imported from third-party sources. Kainta! is a personal meal planning tool — the import feature is intended solely for your household's private use.

Handwired LLC is not liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from content you choose to import. Any claims related to imported content are the sole responsibility of the user who imported it.

Beta Disclaimer

Kainta! is in beta. The service is provided "as is" during this period. We make no guarantees of uptime, data permanence, or feature availability. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve your data but cannot guarantee against data loss during the beta period. We recommend keeping records of any recipes you import that are important to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Connecticut law, Handwired LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Kainta!. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms with 14 days notice. Continued use of Kainta! after notice constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
